Group Fitness Classes

The Summer Schedule begins May 30th.

The classes below are included in Membership!

Descriptions:

 

  • Abs, Buns & Guns: Exactly what it sounds like! A strength training class that focuses on your arms, core, and glutes.
  • Athletic Conditioning: Less time but more sweat! Beware this is a HIIT (high intensity interval training) class designed to push you to your limits for 30 minutes then get you back to your busy life.
  • Barre Boot Camp: Incorporate new Barre-inspired core-firing moves into this mixed-level boot camp program.
  • Boot Camp: Challenge yourself with a total body workout aimed at improving both endurance and strength
  • Boot Camp Express: A faster version of Boot Camp for those on a tight morning schedule.
  • Dynamic Core (NEW!): Challenge your center’s stability and strength in 30 minutes of core training, completed primarily at ground level. The moves are intense but modifiable for most levels.
  • Low Impact TBC: Similar to Total Body Conditioning, but less intense and perfect for beginners or those with more mature joints.
  • Mat Pilates: Increase your flexibility as you flow through a series of dynamic movements that restore balance to core muscles of the lower back and abdominals.
  • Spinning: Join this indoor cycling class to melt away the calories, strengthen your heart, and tone your legs!
  • Total Body Conditioning (TBC): Sculpt your entire body in a fun and challenging workout that is modifiable for various fitness levels!
  • Yoga: Flow through a series of Yoga poses and stretches that will increase your strength and flexibility. All levels welcome!
  • Zumba: Feel that Salsa and Meringue rhythm move you to a healthy sweat and say goodbye to some extra calories.
  • Zumba Toning: Add weights to your workout to strengthen your arms and shoulders while you shimmy!
  • Zumba Gold: This dance class is a lower impact modification of Zumba for beginners and those with less-than cooperative joints.

Inclement Weather Policy

In emergency weather conditions, we follow Montgomery County Public School Closings. 

MCPS delay –> No classes before 9am.

An MCPS closing –> No morning classes, and evening classes will be determined on a case-by-case basis by 2pm and posted under “Announcements” on the Homepage.
